We collect the following information when you use FancyAlert:

  • — Account information: your name, email address, and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google)
  • — Profile information: your phone number and Telegram ID, if you choose to provide them
  • — Alert preferences: the states, RTOs, and number series you choose to monitor
  • — Payment information: subscription plan and payment status (payment card details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored by us)
  • — Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the app, and timestamps

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • — Create and manage your FancyAlert account
  • — Send you Telegram alerts when your monitored auction numbers become available
  • — Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • — Process your subscription payments
  • — Send you product updates and promotional emails, if you have consented
  • — Improve and maintain the FancyAlert service

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with the third-party services necessary to operate FancyAlert:

  • — Supabase — our database and authentication provider, used to store your account and alert data securely
  • — Razorpay — our payment processor, used to handle subscription payments. Razorpay processes your payment details directly and is PCI-DSS compliant
  • — Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send transactional emails to your email address
  • — Telegram — if you link your Telegram account, we use the Telegram Bot API to deliver alerts to your Telegram account

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We do not share your data with any other parties.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, located in the Asia-Pacific (Mumbai) region. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to your data is restricted to only what is necessary to provide the service.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, payment records required for tax purposes).

You have the right to:

  • — Correct inaccurate or incomplete data via your profile settings
  • — Delete your account and associated data by emailing us
  • — Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time via your profile settings

8. Cookies

FancyAlert uses cookies solely to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser or log out.

FancyAlert is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the FancyAlert website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
