1. About FancyAlert

FancyAlert ("we", "us", "our") is an independent, third-party alerting service that monitors publicly available auction data on the Parivahan portal and delivers notifications to registered users via Telegram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Parivahan, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, or the Government of India in any way.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on FancyAlert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use FancyAlert.

3. The service

FancyAlert provides an alert and notification service for vehicle registration number auctions listed on the Parivahan portal. The service includes:

  • — Monitoring of publicly available Parivahan auction data
  • — Telegram alerts when matching auctions are detected
  • — A web dashboard to manage your alerts and account
  • — Number availability lookup (free feature)

We do not participate in auctions on your behalf, guarantee winning any auction, or have any influence over auction processes or outcomes. All auction participation is done directly by you on the official Parivahan website.

4. Subscriptions and payments

FancyAlert offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock auction alerts, series alerts, and bid alerts via Telegram.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the selected plan.

For recurring plans, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard or by contacting us.

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period already paid.

5. Data accuracy

Auction data is sourced from publicly available information on the Parivahan portal and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to changes in Parivahan's website structure, server downtime, or network issues. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any auction data or alerts. Always verify auction details directly on the official Parivahan website before participating.

6. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • — Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our service
  • — Share your account credentials with others
  • — Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades our systems
  • — Resell or commercially exploit access to our service without our consent

8. Limitation of liability

FancyAlert is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any loss arising from missed auction opportunities, inaccurate alerts, or service downtime.

9. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information (name, email address, Telegram ID, phone number) solely for the purpose of providing the FancyAlert service and, with your consent, sending you product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

10. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FancyAlert shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
